  • 1. Enneagram Assessment: Each participant completes a professional Enneagram assessment
  • 2. Pre-Retreat Package: Each participant receive their typed report
  • 3. Intention Setting Call: A 30-minute 1:1 call with you set a personal intention for the retreat.

Day 1: Arriving and Connecting

Theme: What are the Gifts and Hidden Costs of Leadership

9.00 -10.00: Arrival, Registration and Tea at the main venue in Rondebosch

You will receive an emotional compass card listing more than 200 different emotions. Please review the card and select all the emotions you experienced during the 5 to 7 days leading up to the retreat.

10.00 – 13.00: Navigating our Invisible Architecture

  • Framing by Facilitator: Honouring the brilliance of each type and how we have built an internal invisible architecture for survival and success
  • Confidential Sharing: Each Woman Leader shares her Enneagram type, core fear/desire, and one gift her pattern has brought to her leadership
  • Somatic Anchor: A guided practice to feel where this "pattern energy" resides in the body


13.00 – 14.00: Lunch at the Main Venue in Rondebosch

14.00 – 15.00: Afternoon Reflection and Journaling: Reflect on the following questions: (1) What is the hidden tax I pay for relying on my Ennea type?
(2) What are the Gifts of my Ennea type
(3) How have I used/ignored my gifts in leading my team?

15.00 – 16.30:  Discussion reflecting on our gifts and hidden tax we pay for relying on our Ennea type

16.30 – 18.00: Silent meditation walk from the main venue through the Liesbeek River trail park

Day 2: The Centre of Gravity – Exploring the Centers of our Multiple Intelligences

Theme: Balancing our energy centers of intelligence

7h30 - 9h00: 5km silent meditation walk focusing on our breath from the main venue in Rondebosch through the Liesbeek river trail to the Table Mountain National Park

9h00 – 12h00: Theoretical framework – exploring the energetic anatomy of a leader and the three Enneagram Centers. The 7 Energy Centres will be introduced, not as esoteric concepts, but as somatic "command centres" for different aspects of leadership. Each participant explores their type’s dominant and repressed center.

12h30 – 13h30:  Lunch

14h00- 17h00: Private Coaching Session (1:1): Each woman leader has a 60-minute session to explore her personal centre strengths/imbalance and craft one "centering practice."

Evening Reflection and Journaling: As you prepare to rest, bring your awareness to the base of your spine, your legs, your feet - your root chakra energy. Ask yourself: Where and what made me feel grounded in my calm power today ? Where and what made me feel like an outsider/ or made me feel uprooted? What is one breath I can take right now to feel the solid earth beneath me again?

Day 3: Instincts and Blind Spots – The Subconscious Drivers

Theme: Illuminating the Creativity and Relational Flow Center, as well as Leadership Blind Spots

8h30 - 9h00: Guided meditation focusing on root and sacral energy center

9h00 – 12h00: Exploring Ennea type blind spots and Self-Sabotage Behaviour. Discussion on how blind spot manifests as a recurring leadership challenge

12.00-17.00: A guided tour from Rondebosch train station to Muizenberg and a walk to Kalk Bay where we will have our lunch. Task: to observe your instinct in action. Share insights: what did my blind spot instinct teach me today?

Evening Reflection and Journaling to be done individually at your accommodation. Reflect on this: Was there something today that your body genuinely wanted to accept or embrace, but your mind decided otherwise? Conversely, was there something your body wanted to refuse or decline, but you went along with it anyway?

Day 4: The Path of Integration

Theme: Accessing your Gifts and your Somatic Wisdom. Moving to energetic fluency to guide decisions and presence. We learn to sense, clear, and channel these centres to lead from a state of Calm Power & Flow.

7h30 - 9h00: 6km Silent walk from the main venue in Rondebosch to Newlands Forest focusing on solar plexus and heart energy centers

9h00 – 12h00: Discussion on how each woman's Enneagram patterns likely manifest as over- or under-activity in specific energy centres

12h30 – 13h30: Lunch at the main venue in Rondebosch

14h00- 17h00: Each participant spends 30 minutes learning a practical tool for a key centre relevant to her leadership:

  • Grounding into Power (root chakra)
  • Speaking Truth with Compassion (Solar plexus and heart chakra)
  • Accessing Intuitive Flow (Third Eye & Crown)


18h00 – 20h00: Evening Circle and Dinner at the main venue at Rondebosch:

Sharing insights: What did my solar plexus and heart energy centers teach me today?

Evening Reflection: Individually at your venue before your sleep, recall a moment this week you felt in 'flow.' Which energy centres were most active? Journal the somatic signature of that state.

Day 5: Essence & The Unique Transformation Programme

Theme: Synthesizing the journey. Designing the forward path

7h30 - 9h00: 6km Silent walk meditation from the main venue to the Table Mountain National Park, focusing on the center of Intuition, Purpose and Systemic Connection

9h00 – 12h30: Each woman leader crafts a present-tense statement: I am Serenity/Flow/Courage/whatever Essence that will be the theme of each participant’s leadership in 2026. Using a structured workbook provided, each participant designs her Personal Leadership Protocol incorporating
o Awareness triggers
o Somatic reset
o Instinct practice
o Resource access
o Essence Anchor

12h30 – 16h30 Working lunch and finalisation of the writing up of the leadership protocol Each woman leader shares her Essence Statement and one commitment from her Leadership Protocol with the group A ritual to seal each participant’s Leadership Protocols Return to Emotional Compass card for further instructions

Post-Retreat Integration Support

Three 1:1 integration coaching calls (one per month) and a private group for the triad for continued peer support
